Intern Spotlight: Wyatt Rozas

REM is excited to have Wyatt Rozas as an intern this summer! Wyatt is from Coppell, Texas and currently attends Texas A&M University where he is majoring in Industrial and Systems Engineering (Class of 2025).

When Wyatt graduates he wants to “design and optimize production systems in order to increase efficiencies, lower costs, improve quality and safety, and eliminate waste. I am particularly interested in human-machine integration. I want to build systems that can work and interact with humans in a seamless and safe manner. Every day, technology and systems become more and more intertwined into our lives. I want to maximize the effectiveness, safety, and satisfaction these systems can bring to the human life.

Wyatt’s goals at REM this summer are to gain real-world experience, learn about the workplace, and learn new skills. He is excited to learn about how a business operates and how to work with clients. He is also excited about researching current topics within the safety and risk management field.

A fun fact about Wyatt, his favorite food is shrimp. Wyatt says, “If I could eat any food for the rest of my life, it would be shrimp!“.

REM is delighted to have three interns in Dallas this summer! Check back for additional spotlights in the coming weeks.
