REM recently assisted in a hazard review of a battery recycling facility. As the millions of batteries in use around the world reach the end of their useful life, being able to safely recover and recycle them is crucial to the environment and the supply chain for manufacturing new batteries. With the increased use of electric vehicles, ESS, and other industrial applications these capabilities will become increasingly important.
