Benjamin is a process safety, occupational hygiene, fire protection, worker safety, and risk management professional. He has conducted assessments of fire protection and detection systems within oil & gas plants, petrochemical plants, warehouse facilities, and light hazard occupancies. Benjamin has assisted in the design of fire protection and detection systems for the construction and retrofitting of government buildings, schools, and chemical plants.

He has advised companies on their safety procedures, safe work practices, and compliance with corporate, state, and federal safety regulations. He has provided exposure assessments of hazardous materials, conducted electrical safety reviews, assessed the feasibility of new processes, performed safety audits, and reviewed fire protection systems. Benjamin is experienced in performing indoor air quality assessments, consequence analysis and dispersion modeling of toxic and flammable materials, radiation safety, and assessing of hazardous workplace environments. He has provided Process Safety Management consulting, flammable and combustible liquids storage and processing compliance, and loss prevention practices.

Benjamin is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified and Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI).
